hi im jamie from company folders im going to show you how to replace the background in your folder mock-up template with a new image by default this mock-up has a sort of neutral gray background but were going to change that so that it looks like the folder is on a wooden surface first we double-click the smart object layer labeled background next were going to click file open and then open up this wooden texture image which I downloaded earlier click the move tool and drag that wood image into the background smart object were going to use free transform to adjust it a bit now once we save the smart object we can see that the folder is lying on a wooden surface now if I want to I can repeat this process to replace this background with one of my other images thanks for watching this tutorial to download free folder mock-up templates from company folders please visit

Whenever you want to edit your design again, just head back to Photoshop and the File dropdown menu. From there, select Open and search for the PSD in question. Double-click on the file, and it will automatically open in Photoshop, all ready for editing.
Basically, all you need to do is select the image you want to replace, right-click on its layer, and select Replace Contents. What is this? Select the image from your device that you want to replace, and click Place. Your image 1 should be replaced with the new image you chose.
