in this video Im going to demonstrate how to change a contract date out or the date due this is a very important utility as that once the header of a contract is saved the date and the bill and dat code are saved as well you have the option to change the date but it does not update the billing day code and it will cause issues feeling in the future so right now uh in this scenario the customer has called me today and I created this contract today using todays date however they did specify on the telephone that they actually wanted it for the 11th on the Monday so I can go in here and I can change the date to the 11th however it will not update this billing day code if this contract is to be out more than 28 days or the month the cycle billing interval it will not be looking at the date it will be looking at the billing day code if the date is 11 and the billing day code is not the correct one it will not Bill correctly so instead we will do this we can go to the quick launch and put
