In this tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to insert the created and last modified dates of a workbook into specific cells using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel. The created date will be placed in cell T1, and the last modified date in cell T2. To do this, users should access the Visual Basic editor via the "Developer" tab, insert a module, and write a two-line code to reference the desired cells. After running the code, the created and last modified dates are displayed. Additionally, users can adjust the formatting in the VBA editor to customize the display of dates as desired.
