What are Excel data types? Excel data types are the four different kinds of values in Microsoft Excel. The four types of data are text, number, logical and error. You may perform different functions with each type, so its important to know which ones to use and when to use them.

If a worksheet or presentation is locked for editing and cant be edited in the Windows desktop applications, it may be that the file is already being edited by someone else, or they have the file checked out.
There are two ways to use the Format Painter: Single-click the Format Painter to copy the formatting from the selected cell, then click a different cell to paste the formatting. Alternatively, you can click and drag over a range of cells to paste the formatting to multiple cells.
Right-click the applied style in Home Cell Styles. Select Modify Format to change what you want.
