On your Android phone or tablet, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app. Double-tap the chart you want to edit. Tap Edit chart. Choose from: Type: Change the chart type. Legend: Change the legend location. Titles: Change the chart and axis titles. When youre done, tap Done .
Learn more about each chart. On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Double-click the chart that you want to change. On the right, click Customise. Click Chart style. Make the changes that you want.
Use the Chart Styles button to quickly change the color or style of the chart. Click the chart you want to change. In the upper-right corner, next to the chart, click Chart Styles. Click Color and pick the color scheme you want, or click Style and pick the option you want.
Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. Click Get shareable link in the top right of the Share with others box. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to Anyone with the link.
Select the file you want to share. Click Share or Share . Under General access click the Down arrow . Choose Anyone with the link. To decide what role people will have, select Viewer, Commenter, or Editor. Click Copy link. Click Done. Paste the link in an email or any place you want to share it.
To edit the data within the chart, click on the link icon and choose the Open Source option to open your Google Sheets source data. Clicking on the open-source button will open Google Sheets in a new browser window where you can edit the information for the chart data.
If you cant edit a file, a few things could be wrong: The file owner didnt give you permission to view the file. Youre signed in to a different Google Account. Someone else with edit access removed your permission to edit.
Heres how: Upload the file to Google Drive. Click New File Upload then select your file. Open the PDF with Google Docs. Locate your PDF within Google Drive, then right-click and select Open With Google Docs. Edit your document. Once your file opens in Google Docs, you can now start to make edits.
