Another question for you James. Have you seen any material adverse change clauses related to Covid and Brexit? And how easy are these to negotiate? Weve certainly seen, I mentioned the negotiation weve had around force majeure. I would put material adverse change (MAC) clauses into the same sort of category. It has to be an honest conversation with the supplier, speaking of customers perspective here, to say we cant just accept a clause without its going to give relief from events that we you know full well are happening. So by now we all know that Brexit is happening, there is a very real possibility its going to be a hard Brexit. We all know that Covid has caused huge disruption to supply chains, there is as Nick said, a very real possibility that therell be a second wave and we could go back into some sort of national lockdown, other countries involved in supply chain could also go into that second full lockdown. So it is not fair, I dont think to expect a customer to accept

A docHub change is defined as the termination of this Agreement or the closing of a Contractor site that is providing services required under this Agreement.
What is a change order? A change order is a written amendment to an existing contract after the effective date that alters the work, the contract sum, or the contract time. While contracts are intended to be the final word for projects, sometimes things need to change.
Generally, a changed condition clause in a construction contract will detail a contractors liability in bearing any additional cost that stem from unforeseen changes in the condition of the construction site.
A changes in the work clause is an essential part of any construction contract and allows the parties to agree in advance to a process for making changes to the work and pricing those changes. All major standard form agreements address changes in the work, usually as part of the general conditions.
Change of Control Clause: Example The Customer shall have the right, without prejudice to its other rights or remedies, to terminate this Agreement by 3 months written notice to the Supplier, if there is a Change of Control of the Supplier.
The Changes clause is perhaps the most docHub feature of the Government contract that distinguishes it from the conventional con- tract. By virtue of this clause, the Government is entitled unilaterally to change the contract and hold the contractor to performance under the unilaterally changed contract.
The Changes Clause is the cornerstone of the Governments ability to modify a contract for non-commercial items. It provides the Government with authority that is unmatched in private-sector contracting.
Cardinal Changes (docHub Changes) clauses are the source of a docHub number of disputes arising from government contracts. The clause, which has appeared in nearly every U.S. government contract for over 100 years, gives the government the power unilaterally to order contractual modifications.
