You can file Articles of Amendment online if you received a company key giving you authority over the corporation (see Notice Company Key). The amendment shall include the Secretary of State entity number and be submitted to the Secretary of States office for filing. If it conforms to law, the Secretary shall file it and endorse the date of filing thereon. Thereupon the articles are amended in the manner set forth in the statement.
