hey everyone welcome back to excel champs and this is aprajita once again in this video we will learn about converting the units of the xs as per our data for an example here i have a chart with large numbers which are reflecting on the axis now this is not at all looking clean and is not looking professional at all so to convert this into a neater and cleaner version what ill do is ill simply click on the xs right click format access now here under format xs options when i scroll down i have an option called display units now here default the option is none now i can choose my unit as per my data now for example here i want my units to be in millions so ill select millions now my axis is converted into millions and this is looking much more neater cleaner and professional i hope you like this trick please dont forget to like comment and share this video thank you for watching

Select the data for which you want to create a chart. Click INSERT Recommended Charts. On the Recommended Charts tab, scroll through the list of charts that Excel recommends for your data, and click any chart to see how your data will look.
Change the chart style Click the chart you want to change. In the upper right corner next to the chart, click Chart Styles . Click Style and pick the option you want.
On the Design tab, in the Type group, click Change Chart Type. In the Change Chart Type dialog box, click a chart type that you want to use.
Click anywhere in the chart. Under Chart Tools, on the Design tab, in the Location group, click Move Chart. Do one of the following: To move the chart to a new worksheet, click New sheet, and then in the New sheet box, type a name for the worksheet.
Right-click on the chart and click on Copy or Cut based on your preference. You can also use the keyboard shortcut keys Ctrl+C and Ctrl+X respectively. Now, open the sheet and paste the chart. Right-click anywhere, and click on Paste.
To copy a chart to another worksheet in the same or a different workbook, right-click the chart and click Copy.
Click the chart that you want to format. This displays the Chart Tools, adding the Design, Layout, and Format tabs. On the Design tab, in the Chart Layouts group, click the chart layout that you want to use.
To move a table to another worksheet Ctrl/X will cut the sheet and Ctrl/V will place it within its new sheet. The latter uses the Clipboard to hold the copy of the Table prior to pasting.
