well hello we are continuing our series on quickbooks online and how to do stuff how to do things in quickbooks online and were going to keep it really basic because we are going to kind of bring some high level concepts to you we might get into some nitty gritty but overall this is how to do stuff in quickbooks online and i wanted to bring to you guys today the topic of the chart of accounts now accountants get really excited about chart of accounts because we know how important it is and we know how much it can make our lives easy or the reporting that much better but if you are not an accountant you may have never actually looked at your chart of accounts before and thought hey i can do something about that i can change it i can make it better what makes it better you may have never even thought about it before and that is okay but what i want you to keep in mind if you are a small business owner using financial statements where youre wanting to look

Go to Changes and click New button or Quick ActionsCreate NewChange. Select the change template and workflow and fill out the displayed form with the required information. Fill out all the mandatory fields.
Go to Admin Templates Forms Incident Template (Old UI: Admin Incident Management Incident Template). Click New Template and on the displayed page, fill out the required details. To configure settings for both Technicians and Requesters, scroll down and select the Show to Requester option.
Create New Change Go to Changes and click New button or Quick ActionsCreate NewChange. Select the change template and workflow and fill out the displayed form with the required information. Fill out all the mandatory fields.
To add, view, and manage change workflows, navigate to Admin Problem/Change Management Change Workflow. You will be directed to the change workflow list view.
Request Templates are created for the most frequently raised requests so that the request can be accessed and raised instantly. The template is configurable to suit individual request which may require different fields in the form layout. The fields in the template can be pre-filled with values.
Change Template Login to the ServiceDesk Plus application using the user name and password. Click the Admin tab in the header pane. In the Templates and Forms block (Problem/Change Management in old UI), click Change Template.
