Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wont be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someones finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todays tutorial. Its kind of like an docHub PDF form, but its Microsofts version of it. Ive included sample files today if you want to follow along, otherwise lets jump on the PC and lets get started. Create a chart Click anywhere in the data for which you want to create a chart. Select Insert Charts and the chart type you want. On the menu that opens, select the option you want. To edit the chart (titles, legends, data labels), select the Chart tab and then select Format.
On the Design tab, in the Type group, click Change Chart Type. In the Change Chart Type dialog box, click a chart type that you want to use. The first box shows a list of chart type categories, and the second box shows the available chart types for each chart type category.
Click the chart that you want to format. This displays the Chart Tools, adding the Design, Layout, and Format tabs. On the Design tab, in the Chart Styles group, click the chart style that you want to use. Tip: To see all predefined chart styles, click More .
Under Chart Tools, on the Design tab, in the Data group, click Select Data. In the Select Data Source dialog box, in the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the data series that you want to change the order of. Click the Move Up or Move Down arrows to move the data series to the position that you want.
