Select the chart element (for example, data series, axes, or titles), right-click it, and click Format . The Format pane appears with options that are tailored for the selected chart element. Clicking the small icons at the top of the pane moves you to other parts of the pane with more options.
Edit or rearrange a series Right-click your chart, and then choose Select Data. In the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the series you want to change. Click Edit, make your changes, and click OK. To rearrange a series, select it, and then click Move Up or Move Down .
You can change the name and values of a data series without changing the data in the worksheet. Select the chart. Click the Design tab. Click the Select Data button. Select the series you want to change under Legend Entries (Series). Click the Edit button.
The INQUIRY CHART (I-CHART) is a graphic organizer that allows students to gather information about a topic from several sources. Teachers design the I-chart around several questions about a topic. Students read or listen to several sources on the topic and record answers to the posed questions within the I-chart.
On the Design tab, in the Type group, click Change Chart Type. In the Change Chart Type dialog box, click a chart type that you want to use. The first box shows a list of chart type categories, and the second box shows the available chart types for each chart type category.
On your Android phone or tablet, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app. Double-tap the chart you want to edit. Tap Edit chart. Choose from: Type: Change the chart type. Legend: Change the legend location. Titles: Change the chart and axis titles. When youre done, tap Done .
group in the ribbon is where Change Colors or Chart Style can be found to modify a PowerPoint chart. Hover over the various options and select which one to use. In the chart styles option, be sure to click the down arrow to open a window and see all the chart style modification options.
