Or, click the chart to open Chart Tools Design, and choose from many chart styles, types, and elements. To edit the data, right-click the chart and click Edit Data to reopen the spreadsheet. Changes in the spreadsheet show up automatically in the chart. Or, under Design, click Data Edit Data.
Redefine a chart style Click a chart that uses the style you want to update, then modify its appearance so it looks the way you want. Click the chart you just modified (if you deselected it). In the Format sidebar, click the Chart tab. Control-click the style, then choose Redefine Style from Selection.
Click anywhere in the chart for which you want to display or hide axes. This displays the Chart Tools, adding the Design, Layout, and Format tabs. On the Layout tab, in the Axes group, click Axes. Click the type of axis that you want to display or hide, and then click the options that you want.
Modify chart data in Pages on iPad Tap the chart, then tap Edit Data. Do any of the following: Add a data series: Tap cells, then enter the data for your new data series. Remove a data series: Tap the bar for the row or column you want to delete, then tap Delete. Tap Done to return to the chart.
