in this video I will show how you can position the chart in a document the document has a chart which is at top left corner you can move this chart to a different position in the document click on format tab under chart tools click on position word displays several positions where you can move this chart in document move the cursor over to the different positions and word moves the chart and you can select the best position for the chart in document click on the position you like and word moves the chart to that position in the document you can see the chart is moved to the position you selected

You can change the type of chart you think would best represent your data at any time. To change the Clustered Column to Pie, select your chart. On the Chart Design tab, click Change Chart Type Pie Pie. Your new chart type will show in your spreadsheet.
