Welcome to the Fleet Card Replacement Ordering module in Fleet Drive Thru First we will log in to Fleet Drive thru Next, well select Fleet Card Replacement Ordering from the Fleet Data Menu A new feature is that if you have multiple accounts that you are responsible for, you can now see everything on one screen without having to log out and back in under a different account number and access code. To order a new card, Input a tag number, lets use G10-1234Z Select the card status, well say broken Please note that the comment field is mandatory if the card has been LOST or STOLEN If the card is to be shipped to the default address at the top of the screen, simply click ship to default address and the information will automatically populate. If the card is to be shipped elsewhere, fill in the applicable Contact and Shipping information To order cards for more than 1 vehicle, click ADD CARD to show an additional Vehicle Detail box. You can do this repeatedly to order up to 6 cards at
