[Music] now lets figure out how to edit a customer and change the preferred payment method and the terms so before we can edit a customer we need to see the list of customers and to do that you go over here to sales and then down to customers and then lets say we want to change abbys pizza so to do that were just going to click on abbys pizza and then to edit abbys pizza up here in the upper right were going to click on edit and then to change the preferred payment method you go down here to payment and billing heres preferred payment method lets say they their preferred method is check and lets say we dont want to print later so the preferred delivery method will be none and then to change the terms we go over here to terms and well choose net 30. that means that the bill is due 30 days after the date of the bill and thats how easy it is to edit the payment and billing of a customer so then we click save and lets say we want to edit another one the company is called cool
