hey guys uh i think this might be the last video but who knows maybe ill have an idea for another one adam fleming pcc here um explaining a little bit more about how coach training works for the various organizations that i train for so one of the things that you may be want to be aware of is how much work that the training course is going to take if youre going to get a completion certificate so a lot of the training programs that i have designed and worked with organizations to get them established we have two different types of certificates that you can earn one type is called the attendance certificate and that just means that you showed up for some of the classes and then the second one is called a completion certificate which means you really did all of the work or you know 98 of the work each training organization now has a different policy and procedure about that and so you know they may have a 70 hour course and say you know as long as you come to 67 of those hours were go
