Choose the hamburger menu Document Properties (Windows), or File Document Properties (macOS). Select the Description tab, and type the authors name, subject, and keywords. (Optional) Select Additional Metadata to add other descriptive information, such as copyright information.
However, when you want to change the creation date of a PDF document from its metadata/file properties, you cannot edit that to the desired Date. The only thing you can do is to edit to the current Date by creating a copy of that document.
If you right-click on your PDF document and then go to Properties - Details, you will see the Remove Properties and Personal Information button.
Once you have PDFedit installed on your Linux system, follow these steps to edit your PDF files: Step 1: Launch PDFedit. Open a terminal and type the following command to start the PDFedit application: pdfedit. Step 2: Open the PDF File. Step 3: Select the Editing Mode. Step 4: Save the Edited PDF.

Before generating the PDF go to Word Properties- Summary to delete the personal information. Also go to Tools Protect Document check the box to Remove personal information on save then save the file generate the PDF.
Right-click (Windows) or control-click (Mac OS) the comment or edit and select Properties. c. Under General delete the author name. Type in Reviewer or Anonymous or leave the author field blank.
