Edit an invoice template Click the organisation name, then select Settings. Click Invoice settings. Find the template you want to edit, click Options, then select Edit. Make your changes. Click Save.
Customise logos Select the Gear icon on the toolbar. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles. Find the template you want to edit, then select Edit under the Action column. Go to the Design tab, then select Make logo edits. Select Show logo, then change the size and placement as you desire. Select Done.
In QuickBooks Self-Employed, expense categories line up with the Schedule C tax form. Each time you categorize a transaction, QuickBooks matches it the correct line on your Schedule C form. Currently, you cant create custom categories in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Select the template you prefer and click on ok to open it. From the options pane, choose the customization preference. With QuickBooks, you can customize every part of the template and even add other features like notes too. Once that is done, click on print preview to see how your customized invoice looks like.
QuickBooks uses the first custom template you create as your default for invoices, sales receipts, and estimates. To set another custom templates as the default: Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom form styles. Find your template.
Default Invoice Templates Navigate to Settings. Select Custom Form Styles. Locate the desired template and choose the drop down arrow. Select Make Default.
How do I change my company address and phone number? In your QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Company menu at the top. Select My Company. Under My Company, click the Pencil icon at the upper right. In the Company Information window, make any necessary changes. Once done, click OK.
From the form, select the Formatting tab then select Manage Templates. Select a template to preview, then select Copy to create a new template or select OK to edit the template.
