hello and welcome to hubspot tutorials by webdue this is bob and our todays tutorial is about how to manage templates in hubspot you can edit clone delete manage sharing and access templates from the crm or when sending an email from your inbox first lets see how you send the templates to your contacts in your hubspot account navigate to contacts click the name of the record you want to send the template in the left panel click the email icon in the pop-up box click templates in the dialog box hover over the template you want to send and click select customize the content if needed then click send you can also manage your templates and folders navigate to conversations then select templates to create a folder click new folder in the top right enter the name for the folder and then click create folder next to add the templates to the folders you need hover over the name of the template click actions and select move and then choose the destination folder or you can also select multiple
