good morning in this video we will be discussing how you can amend the delivery address on a purchase order so what you do is you go to both purchase orders and this applies whether its an existing one or a new one its the same process but were going to say that were making a new purchase order and then underneath the delivery address option you can see its blue so it means you can click on it then you can just choose whether you want a postal or a physical address and then you can also add new address add wonderful address or search from contacts as well if you have any existing ones going on there adding a once off address will have only means that at once if you add new it means it will remember it going forward as well and thats all you do once youve entered all the information change that press approve or save and thats it thank you very much

Modifying a Purchase Order On the Main Menu, click Inventory . Click Purchase Orders . Click Display All . Click the purchase order you want to modify, and then click Open . Click a button in the dialog box. Change the fields in the window as appropriate. Click Save , and then click Close .
Customizing purchase Order Go to the Gear icon. Select Products and services. Choose the product/service, then select Edit under the Action column. Go to the Description field, then delete its content. Click Save and close.
You revise purchase orders when you want to change information, such as the quantity or the vendor, on a purchase order. A purchase order must be in a status of Approved (APPR) or In Progress (INPRG) before it can be revised. You select the Revise PO action to create a revision of the purchase order.
