okay hello everyone so welcome to our first tech talk of 2023 this is changing careers with Anna Miller and this Tech talk is hosted by the collab lab which is a non-profit organization completely volunteer driven so while we dont teach people coding skills we do help early career developers learn collaboration skills so what we do is we would break up early career developers in small groups like groups of four they will then work together on a project and they will be guided by Professional Engineers so they will experience meetings with Professional Engineers they will talk about their code they will answer questions they will solve problems they will create PRS they will merge PRS they will resolve any PR conflicts and what the feedback weve perceived is that this is a really valuable skill that people dont necessarily learn in boot camps or if theyre learning to code on their own uh so I hope that you were able to participate in the collab lab and if you still havent encourage
