Optional: Update your event status. Go to Tickets. Create a new ticket type or edit an existing ticket type. Update the sales end date if necessary. Click Save.
Use random numbers with 10digits, serial numbers, or text barcodes or import other barcodes (numbers or text) from an Excel or text file. Barcode tickets cannot be copied because each barcode can only be used once to enter.
It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone elses name and email address (if you see the option).
To get started, go to Order options and choose Order form.In this article: Go to your Event Dashboard. Go to Order Form (under Order Options). Add custom questions. Set up your question. Optional: Add conditional sub-questions. Optional: Display the question for specific ticket types. Save your changes.
