alright guys its Adam from Concordia University Wisconsins occupational therapy program and in this video were going to talk about minimal detectable change so basically I want to give a really short brief definition of what minimal detectable changes and that definition is basically the smallest value of a score that cannot be attributed to a measurement standard error so to really understand minimal detectable change we kind of have to understand standard error so Ill give you guys a pretty good example of how we can go through standard error that makes sense and its pretty simple and easy to follow so to do this were going to give an example of standing on a bathroom scale so lets say that in the morning Im gonna weigh myself three times on a bathroom scale so when I step on the scale of first time I weigh 165 pounds so if you guys can see here Ill put 165 so that was me stepping on the scale the first time so lets say I step on the scale second time and now we have 167 p
