The title fee is $33, plus motor-vehicle sales tax (6.25 percent). There is also a $2.50 transfer of a current registration fee. If the license is not current, there may be a registration fee.
The Donor and Recipient must both sign the affidavit and title application. Either the donor or recipient must submit all forms and documents in person to the county tax office.
Do All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) need to be registered at the county tax assessors/collectors office before being used at OHV venues located on the public lands of Texas? No, ATV registration is no longer required in Texas.

This form must be completed and submitted to a county tax assessor-collectors office accompanied by any required application fee, supporting documents, registration fee, if applicable, and any motor vehicle tax due.
The fee is $2 when you apply via mail and $5.45 when you apply in person at the county tax office.
