Ive created Google Form where students will take a quiz and then once theyre done I want them to get a certificate so Im gonna go to my puzzle piece Im gonna go to docHub em because Ive already installed this if you have not already installed docHub them go to the three dots and come down to the puzzle piece for add-ons and install docHub them so it shows up under your puzzle piece here docHub em show the controls and then notice that you can turn the certification on and off this is when I already had turned on by default it is off so youll need to make sure that you do turn it on you set the pass rate choose your template which notes you can choose a custom template and then youre just going to distribute the quiz so were gonna go to preview through the quiz and then after a few minutes this student who filled out the form if they pass the quiz they should receive an email with the certificate showing that they passed
