hello this is nadia from the cognitive forms team and in this video were going to learn all about creating a product catalog with your forms previously in this series we created an order form to sell t-shirts in multiple quantities and then we learned how to offer multiple products including t-shirts as well as posters and buttons the form weve set up so far works well enough for the number of products that we have but it could get difficult to manage once we get to say 50 products or even hundreds of products in this case were going to use the lookup field to create a product inventory the lookup field is a lot like the choice field in which you can display a lot of options in a format like a drop down or check boxes however the amazing thing about the lookup field is that the list of options is based on entries from other forms to show you what i mean im going to go back to our forms home page and create a new form from scratch this form is going to serve as our product catalog

To view the list of databases, sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the AWS Glue console at . Choose Databases, and then choose a database name in the list to view the details.

To enable the Data Catalog access, check the Use AWS Glue Data Catalog as the Hive metastore check box in the Catalog options group on the Add job or Add endpoint page on the console. Note that the IAM role used for the job or development endpoint should have glue:CreateDatabase permissions.

Once the crawler is created select the crawler and choose Run crawler. Click on that and the crawler will start running. Once the crawler completes crawling you should see 1 table added. From the Glue Console Click on Databases Default View Tables.
