[Music] hi everyone in this video well show you how to create custom fields and tabs to have different contact forms for different products to start off make sure you have the contact form 7 plugin installed and activated then in your admin menu go to product catalog options premium and set the product page type to tapped color page also please make sure that product enquiry form is set to no now go to contact in the admin menu then create as much contact forms as you like but when youre done note down the short codes and now go back to your product catalog click on custom fields set the name as contact and set the slug also as contact and set the type to short text [Music] then go to the product page tab and in the additional tab area click the Add button name a new field please note that this will show up on your product page for the content of the new tab just put the custom field slug inside square brackets which in this case will be contact [Music] then click the save tab butto
