Receives a Copy: Recipient receives a copy of the document, with no further action required. Needs to View: Recipient must open and view the document.
Your documents are listed there. If NO, you can access the document by opening the Completed email. This email is sent to you once you have finished signing a document.
By default, the system retains all documents. Setting a document retention period is optional.
Copy the multi-character security code at the bottom of the email, go to ..com, and click Access Documents. Paste the security code from the Completed email, and select GO. The document that you signed opens. You can now print or download your documents.
The sender receives an email with the signed document attached, and the signed document appears in their account.
Once you select the documents to send, you can add up to 99 recipients who will receive and sign your documents or receive a copy. You provide an email address and name for each recipient. Recipients dont need a account to open your document and complete their signing action.
Receives a Copy - This recipient is sent an email with a link to a copy of the Signed document. Needs to View - This recipient must open the document link that is emailed to them; the document will not progress to the next signer until this is done.
To CC someone on , follow these steps to add Carbon Copy recipients and streamline the electronic signature process effectively. After logging into your account, open the document you want to send for electronic signature. Click on the More option at the top of the screen and select CC Recipients.
