here I have a document the two other colleagues have reviewed for me Ive walked through the document and accepted or rejected the tracked changes and now I want to publish this document I can open up the reviewing pane just to make sure that I have no more remaining revisions another great way to make sure that you dont have any hidden comments or changes is to inspect the document go to the file tab click check for issues and select inspect document here I can choose to check for comments revisions versions and annotations Ill just remove the other check boxes and click inspect here I can see that no items were found so I can be sure that there are no hidden revisions here so now my document is ready for publishing

No approval is needed. Students use UAccess Student Self-Service to withdraw from a course. The W will appear on the students permanent record, but it does not affect the students grade-point-average (GPA).
Withdrawal Procedures Then, contact the office of Academic Support Services, academicsupport@uiwtx.edu, to complete a withdrawal form.
Once youve decided to cancel your enrollment in college, youll need to fill out appropriate paperwork. Some colleges may have an online system that will allow you to electronically withdraw from your classes. Visit the registrars office to obtain the necessary paperwork.

You may withdraw from the current semester without withdrawing for a future semester. For example, you can withdraw from all classes in summer and stay enrolled for the fall semester. Dropping means that you will remain enrolled in at least one hour in the current semester.

Every college has a deadline on their academic calendar for the latest date that you can withdraw from a course (usually around two-thirds of the way through the semester). Typically, if you withdraw before that date you will receive a grade of W for that class on your transcript.

Withdrawing from your course Theyll stop any future payments to you and your uni or college, and send you a new student finance entitlement letter. Depending on the date you withdrew, and when your uni or college lets Student Finance England know, you may be overpaid.
If you do not participate in a class and do not withdraw, you will receive a failing grade. Federal and institutional rules require ASU to review your financial aid eligibility if you receive any EN (Failure Due to Never Participating) grades.
