It basically makes your text messages look like emails bolded subject line and all. But if youre not feeling it, theres a simple way to turn it off. Just go to your phones Settings, hit Messages, find Show Subject Field, and toggle it to the left so its off (itll be white/gray if its disabled).
Unfortunately this isnt something that you can turn off. This is going to be something from the senders device/MMS protocols. Sadly there is nothing you can do besides just delete that portion of the message.
