Choose Mail in the left navigational menu, then click Signatures in the main window. Choose the signature you wish to change in the Select signature to edit box. Make your changes via the Edit signature box at the bottom. Once complete, click Save then OK.
Create or edit an email signature Go to Settings Accounts Signatures. Under Email signature, select New Signature. Or, select the name of the signature from the dropdown menu if you want to edit it. Add and edit any text you want for your signature. Select Save when youre done.

This issue might occur if you access your Office 365 email account in Outlook. If you cannot change or add a new email signature, this is most likely caused by a certain value entered into Registry. It has nothing to do with Office 365 Administration, it is entirely dependent on Microsoft Windows functionalities.
