so there will be occasions where you send an agreement out for signature and then realize that you want to cancel it for some reason and as long as the agreement has not been signed you can do that so lets come over to the manage tab now here you can see theres a full inventory of all my transactions and under out for signature are the agreements that Ive sent out for signing but had not yet been signed so I can cancel any of the transactions listed here so to do that I select the transaction and then I click on the cancel icon over here so then I can choose to send an email to the parties letting them know that the agreement has been cancelled by checking this box and this is definitely a best practice and I can also type a reason for the cancellation which is also recommended when Im done I click cancel so you can see that the transaction is gone from this list and now appears here under cancelled or declined
