alright and this tutorial were going to be discussing how to remove frozen or stuck print jobs from within Windows 10 alright to do so were going to go to the control panel so Im going to go down to the lower left into search and just type in control or this part of it and then were going to click on control panel desktop app in the top of the search results alright next once the control panel opens change your view by in the upper right corner to large icons temporarily alright you can change it back later alright next were going to go down and click on devices and prints alright next were going to double click on the prayer that has the jobs that we want to remove all right now you should have a long list of probably jobs in the in the queue or you may just have one at this point youre going to either right click on the print jobs you want to get rid of and select you know council the job or just go up to print in the upper left corner and select the cancel all the jobs prefe

When you cant remove a print job from the printing queue window by right-clicking the stuck job and clicking Cancel, you can try restarting your PC. This will sometimes remove offending items from the queue.
