Please note, you may not be seen if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment you may have to wait until the end of surgery to be seen. This is to ensure we run our appointments on time.
Here are some ways to respond to patients, depending on the situation. Too busy: As you know, our appointments are reserved and Im not sure were going to be able to find another time thats more convenient for you. Sick: Im so sorry to hear about your illness.
If youre planning to withdraw, carefully consider your decision and discuss it with your Advisor/Supervisor and Graduate Coordinator. If you do decide to withdraw, complete the Program Withdrawal form and submit it to your graduate unit.
The deadline, varying ing to clinic, is 24 h or less before the appointment. Past this deadline, patients are invited to call the clinic directly to cancel an appointment. In such case, the clinic may charge a cancelation fee. If you have more than one appointment to cancel, you must cancel them one at a time.
Canceling Your Appointment Politely Giving plenty of notice will show that you respect them and their time. Call to cancel your appointment personally if you are giving short notice. If you are giving less than a days notice, you should call the person your appointment is with directly.
If you fail to attend two consecutive appointments without informing us, we will write to you reiterating our practice policy. If you fail to attend three consecutive appointments, you may be removed from the Practice list and will have to find an alternative Doctor.
If you have been invited to register in more than one program of study, you can cancel one of them on the ACORN/ROSI by selecting the Cancel Program of Study option on the Financial Accounts page.
If you wish to cancel your application, you may log in to your account and withdraw the program choice(s) you no longer wish to apply to. Be sure to submit your changes by clicking Review and Submit. Remember that all processing fees are non-refundable.
