hello it across and welcome back to my IT workshop this is alpha drill and in this video Im having a problem with a desktop computer and this new computer is an HP products 600 as you can see Im in front of a monitor and the monitor is black so Im going to turn on the computer and as soon as I turn it on I see this message enter power on password and a Z and as you can imagine I dont have the password Im going to try a few times I dont know the password I dont know what happened with the desktop computer so I and we cannot do anything from here we cannot do anything with software we have to do something with hardwood so Im going to shut down the computer because I cannot do anything I cannot go to the BIOS I cannot do anything so allow me a few seconds to adjust my camera so you can see it better so this is the case what part of the case as you can see Im not wearing any jewelry or any watches and Im going to discharge myself off elect a static electricity that I might have

BIOS passwords cannot be recovered. If you have forgotten one of the passwords that is set in the BIOS, resetting the CMOS or NVRAM helps reset the BIOS to factory default settings and remove the passwords from the BIOS. WARNING: Clearing the CMOS or NVRAM using a jumper resets the passwords in the BIOS.
Deleting a Windows 10 or Windows 8 Password Open Control Panel. On Windows 10, select User Accounts (its called User Accounts and Family Safety in Windows 8). Select User Accounts. Choose Make changes to my account in PC settings. Select Sign-in options from the left. Select Change in the Password section.
In BIOS, look for the Security tab and form there you should be able to remove the Administrative password . .
Add or remove a password for a Windows 10 local account At the desktop, press the Windows key and type sign. Select Sign-in options from the menu. Under the Password section, click Change and follow the instructions to add a password. To remove a password, enter the current password and leave all other fields blank.
Exit the BIOS Setup utility and power down the server. For safety, remove the AC power cords. Remove the system top cover and move the Password Clear jumper back to pins 1-2 (default). Re- the system top cover and reattach the AC power cords.
Tap away at the esc key as soon as you press the power button to access the Start-up menu and then select f10 to enter the Bios menu. Use the arrow keys to highlight the Security tab and hit enter. Use the arrow keys again to highlight power on password and hit enter.
Exit the BIOS Setup utility and power down the server. For safety, remove the AC power cords. Remove the system top cover and move the Password Clear jumper back to pins 1-2 (default). Re- the system top cover and reattach the AC power cords.
In BIOS, look for the Security tab and form there you should be able to remove the Administrative password . .
Remove CMOS battery Removing the CMOS battery, like the one shown in the picture, causes the system to lose all CMOS settings, including the BIOS password. Locate and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard for at least five minutes, then replace the battery and turn the computer back on.
Remove password for local account Open Settings. Click on Accounts. Click on Sign-in options. Select the Password option under the Manage how you sign in to your device section. Click the Change button. Confirm your current account password. Click the Next button.
