Simply navigate to the page you want to edit, then click Translate Page from the admin toolbar at the top. This will open up a visual translation editor, where you simply hover and click the pencil icon to select a certain text. Then you can modify its translation in the left sidebar, save and move to the next one.
To reset WPML, go to WPML Support and click the Troubleshooting link. In the Reset section of the Troubleshooting page select the I am about to reset all translation and language data checkbox and click the Reset and deactivate WPML button.
To change the WordPress back and frontend language, log in the wp-admin panel Settings General. There change the Site Language option to your desired language. Once you save the changes the new language will be applied to your website.
Go to WPML Translation Management, find the page you would like to translate and add it to your translation basket.
To translate individual pages, posts, or other content, select Translate Some in the setup wizard or in WPML Settings. When you or one of your sites translators opens a translation job in the Advanced Translation Editor, simply click the blue Translate Automatically button at the top of the page.
To use a professional translation service, be sure to activate the service you want to use first. Go to WPML Translation Management. Select the content you want to translate, the language you want to translate it into, and click Add selected content to translation basket.

First, go to wp-content languages directory from your control panel. You can see all the language there; you have to delete unwanted from them. Secondly, you have also to delete it from the plugins directory if you are using any plugins related to language. Thats it.
Delete Pseudo-translations or Unwanted Translations Go to All Pages and select the language of your pseudo-translated files. Select the items you wish to retranslate, select Move to Trash and click Apply. Now that they are in the trash, you can delete the items permanently. Click Empty Trash.
Simply type language into the search bar and press the Use snippet button under Disable Login Screen Language Switcher. You will then be taken to the Edit Snippet page, where all you need to do is switch the toggle to Active and click Update.
