Important Information if Cancelling a Label on a USPS SCAN Form: If you have created a label included on a USPS SCAN Form, it can be cancelled as long as the package has not moved past Accepted in the tracking details. You can cancel a label from the SHIPMENT HISTORY page in ShippingEasy or directly on Stamps.com.
In ShippingEasy, you can cancel up to 25 shipments at once. Click SHIPPING from the left side navigation bar and choose SHIPMENT HISTORY. Locate the shipment that needs to be cancelled. Select the orders that need to be cancelled. Expand the grey Label Actions button and select Cancel Shipments.

This amount is applied to the cost of any shipping labels that you buy in the future. If the package has been shipped, then contact the carrier with the package reference number for help.
