Change your user name and initials Click File Options. In the Options dialog box, change your user name and initials in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section.
Go to Profiles and then choose Manage Profile Settings. Next, click the link under your name and contact info, and youll be able to edit your display name.
You can change both the name and initials within Outlook. Open Outlook. Click File, then Options and click the General tab. Click the Initials text box in the Personalize Your Copy of Microsoft Office panel. You can delete the initials in the text box or change them to any initials you want.
