How Do I Delete Receipt Images From an Expense Entry in the Desktop Version of Concur Expense? From your open expense report, click the line item expense entry. The details view opens. On the right side of the details, you will see the receipt image attached. Click Detach.

Report Level Receipts: On the Receipt menu select Delete Receipts. All attached receipts will be removed. Expense Level Receipts which are attached to individual expenses: Hover on the receipt icon in the expense. Click the Detach from Entry button in the lower right corner of the pop-up window.
If you do not have a receipt, you can complete the Missing Receipts Affidavits except for the following expense: airfare, hotels, car rentals, and conference registrations. In addition, an Expense Delegate cannot submit the Missing Receipt Affidavit on behalf of the requestor.

To delete Receipts from Available Receipts: When logged into Concur for desktop, click Expense at the top of the screen. On the Manage Expenses screen, scroll down to the Available Receipts section. Click the receipt image you want to delete. Click the Delete option located at the bottom of the image.
Once snapped and processed, receipts can not be deleted. If points were not awarded, please fix the receipt by using the Correct my Receipt feature or contact Support so your receipt can be processed.
