[Music] to my surprise uber sent me a cancellation fee for a recent trip i took with them as you can see here from the email i received from uber they state to compensate drivers for the inconvenience a fee is generally charged if you cancel a request eight minutes after a trip is accepted by uber they claim that if you need to cancel a ride request with uber do so before the grace period to avoid a fee however i never cancelled the ride request this was counted by the driver whom i was unable to message or call through the uber app and simply never turned up so i wasnt best too pleased to receive this fee but not to worry because i managed to claim back my refund and had the cancellation fee added to my wallet i hope this helps you too so from the email that i received at the bottom of the email it states if you have any issues with the service you received please let us know via the help option in your app or via help.uber.com so i went via help.uber.com uber help is the page ive
