so heres a true story for you guys I actually bought a piece of property and I actually took my time before I responded back to the sellers counter which was fully executed meaning that theyve already signed the agreement and I thought its fully locked in all I need to do is now sign it and send it to Escrow however what I didnt know is that even though the seller signed the agreement completely and sent it over to me until my signature is on that paper they actually have the right to send me an email and say we cancel the agreement because weve never received your signature on the paper I didnt know that thats how the game is played but once they sent me that email saying we cancel the deal theres nothing else I could do if you like the property that youre buying and the seller sends you a fully executed agreement and you still havent signed it they can always send you an email saying theyre canceling the deal and theres nothing you can do about it
