Is it possible to Unsend an email?

If you decide you dont want to send an email, you have a short time after to cancel it. Right after you send a message, you can retract it: In the bottom left, youll see Message sent and the option to Undo or View message. Click Undo.

Can I delete an email I sent to someone?

Once an email has been sent, it is stored on the server and cannot be deleted. However, if you need to delete the email, you can contact the recipient and ask them to delete it for you. You can delete whatever you send, but unless you catch it quickly, you can only docHub your own copy, not the recipients version.

How do you cancel an email message?

Right after you send a message, you can retract it. In the bottom left, youll see Message sent and the option to Undo or View message. Click Undo.

Can I Unsend a sent email Outlook?

Select or double-click the message so it opens in another window. Select File Info. Select Message Resend and Recall Recall This Message, and select one of the two options. Select Delete unread copies of this message to recall the sent message.

Can you recall an email already sent?

Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box. Shortly thereafter, youll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox.
