hello everyone hope you are having a good time in this video im going to show you how you can record an email that you will send in outlook but you regret it so you want to recall it okay so lets suppose that we want to send an email and lets say from my name and ill send to myself just for testing we put my email address here and we write the subject whatever it is and i want to write everything that i want for example here and in a moment that i press send i regret about what i have written for example i write here that we have an appointment at five oclock but this will change or i send this email to somebody where i dont want to send so lets suppose today i will send this this email and the first moment i will realize that this email it was not supposed to go to surah advan but it was supposed to go to someone else so lets press send so this will go in the send but if the receiver havent opened yet we can recall this image so lets go to here we double click on the email

If you don't see the Recall This Message command, you probably don't have an Exchange account or the feature isn't available within your organization. You cannot recall a message that's protected by Azure Information Protection. You cannot recall a message in Outlook on the web.
Try it! Select the Sent Items folder. Select or double-click the message so it opens in another window. Select File > Info. Select Message Resend and Recall > Recall This Message..., and select one of the two options. ... Select the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient check box. Select OK.
You have ten seconds to change your mind after you send an email. Tap “Undo send” at the bottom of the screen to pull back the email.
Recall an email with Undo Send Right after you send a message, you can retract it: In the bottom left, you'll see "Message sent" and the option to "Undo" or "View message". Click Undo.
Outlook on the web doesn't have a recall option for sent items. But you can undo send within 10 seconds.

The email must be unread A recall works only for unread messages. If the email has already been opened by the recipient, it won't be deleted from their Inbox automatically. Instead, the recipient may get a notification that you have requested to retract the original message.
