If you have been invited to register in more than one program of study, you can cancel one of them on the ACORN/ROSI by selecting the Cancel Program of Study option on the Financial Accounts page.
Cancellations Withdrawals Instructions Login to StarRez at residence.utoronto.ca with your UTORid Password. Select My Applications and proceed through the correct application. Proceed to the Application Status Under Select Next Step, choose Cancellation/Withdrawal Form
Students who find it necessary to stop attending all of their courses for the Fall-Winter or Summer session must drop all of their courses, including those they are waitlisted for, and cancel their registration on ACORN as soon as possible or, at the latest, by the last date to cancel courses without academic penalty.
The deadline, varying ing to clinic, is 24 h or less before the appointment. Past this deadline, patients are invited to call the clinic directly to cancel an appointment. In such case, the clinic may charge a cancelation fee. If you have more than one appointment to cancel, you must cancel them one at a time.
If you have been invited to register in more than one program of study, you can cancel one of them on the ACORN/ROSI by selecting the Cancel Program of Study option on the Financial Accounts page.
If youre planning to withdraw, carefully consider your decision and discuss it with your Advisor/Supervisor and Graduate Coordinator. If you do decide to withdraw, complete the Program Withdrawal form and submit it to your graduate unit.
Cancelling Registration If a student is unable to cancel their registration on ACORN, the student can contact their College Registrars Office. Cancellation of registration only occurs when all courses are cancelled by the deadline to cancel courses without academic penalty.
If you miss the deadline to drop a course and have it removed from your transcript, your last opportunity to withdraw from the course at your discretion is by requesting a late withdrawal (LWD) online for a maximum of 3.0 credits. The course will remain on your transcript but will have no impact on your CGPA.
If you wish to cancel your application, you may log in to your account and withdraw the program choice(s) you no longer wish to apply to. Be sure to submit your changes by clicking Review and Submit. Remember that all processing fees are non-refundable.
