When you break a lease, youll generally be charged penalties by your landlord. Failure to pay these penalties can impact your credit scores, as your landlord can turn the debt over to a collection agency.
So legally, there is no way to rescind your 30-day notice. The trouble you may face here is that the landlord can still enforce this notice that you gave that you were going to leave. By staying, you become a holdover tenant.

In the eyes of law, this cannot be done. Once an employer serves a notice to terminate employment, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. An employee given notice may agree to return to work. In this case, the continuity of employment will not be interrupted.
