Hello everyone. Im Janice Deng, an application developer at Keysight Technologies. In this video, I will demonstrate how to build a targeted- based optimization flow in the MBP script project. This feature is available from MBP version 2023 Update 1.0. Before we start building the flow, here are the required inputs. First, the DP data. DP data refers to the targets we want to fit. The targets are organized to the MBP DP data format. The data file can include multiple targets with different device geometries. Then, we need to have the related target definition in MBP IMV Script. These definitions tell MBP how to simulate and calculate the targets. For example, the Ion5 in my example file is defined as the normalized Idsat. At last, we need an initial model. In most cases, it comes from the best-fitting model of the IV data, and we will use this model as the starting point to fit the targets. Lets move to MBP for the demonstration. Before starting the flow building,
