hey my credit card has a 550 annual fee and i dont want to pay it anymore let me guess you want to cancel your credit card no i know that by closing my card and losing the available credit i have on it could hurt my credit score okay go on then yeah id like to see if you can get me a retention offer thatll give me a discount if i keep this card oh thats smart and can work to get you 200 sometimes but unfortunately i cant offer that today so are you gonna cancel now no id like to downgrade this card to a card with no annual fee that way your credit score doesnt drop but you dont keep paying the annual fee smart where did you learn this i follow daniel
