Right -Click on the Printer and chose Printer Properties or Properties. Select the Configuration Tab. Select the Accounting button. Set Accounting System to None, press OK, and then Apply.
The Configuration Report lists all current settings of the printer and prints at startup by default. The Configuration Report for the device may be printed from the Control Panel or CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) and may also be viewed from CWIS.
Select Printing. Select General. Remove the check mark from the Print at Power On check box under the Configuration Report option. Select Apply to save settings.
Right-click the printer you want to manage, and then click Printer properties. If youre prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
