Whats up everyone, my name is Ben and today Ill be showing you something really really useful. Today Ill be showing you guys, how you can remove the password login from Mac OS. Now ever since I got my Mac Ive been really really happy, its fast its reliable, everything syncs across all the Apple devices, its awesome, but what Ive been bothered about is first time that you have to set a password and every single time if you close it, open it up again, you need to enter the password. Sure its a great feature for security, but it just gets a bit annoying over time and today Ill be showing guys how you can turn that feature off and basically as soon as you open up the screen you will be already logged in into your account and ready to use your laptop. This is not the safest thing to do, but as long as you have passwords enabled with your Apple ID and stuff like that, its basically pretty safe to do, so lets just jump onto the computer and Ill show you how to do this. Manage your Google Account. At the top, tap Security. Under Signing in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Tap Turn off.
If youre already using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, you cant turn it off. If you updated to two-factor authentication inadvertently, you can turn it off within two weeks of enrollment. If you do, your account is less secure and you cant use features that require a higher level of security.
On Mac: Sign in to your account at the Apple login page from any computer and browser. In the Security section, click Edit. Locate the Two-Factor Authentication section that says the feature is On and click to Turn Off Two-Factor Authentication, then click again to verify.
Manage your Google Account. At the top, tap Security. Under Signing in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Tap Turn off.
Go to Settings [your name]. A list of the devices associated with your Apple ID appears near the bottom of the screen. To see if a listed device is trusted, tap it, then look for This device is trusted and can receive Apple ID verification codes. To remove a device, tap it, then tap Remove from Account.
Disable Automatic Login on macOS Open System Preferences. Click Users Groups. There is an option to turn Automatic login On or Off. Set it to Off.
On your Mac: Choose Apple menu  System Settings (or System Preferences), then click your name (or Apple ID). Click Password Security. Next to Two-Factor Authentication, click Turn On and follow the onscreen instructions.
Use two-factor authentication for Apple ID security on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar. Click Password Security on the right, then click Turn on next to Two-Factor Authentication.
