1) Swipe on Floor Plan View Swipe left on the reservation you want to cancel. Tap Cancel This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. Confirmation emails are automatically toggled as on if a guest has an email on their Resy profile. Tap Confirm Cancellation
Tap Account in the bottom right corner. Tap Business Preferences to open the business profile. Tap the bin icon and then Delete.
If youre a current restaurant on Grubhub, you can contact your Account Advisor to notify them of your intentions to take your business off the platform. In this case, you can continue receiving orders while you wait for your Account Advisor to return your request.
Who charges the cancellation fee if a guest cancels in violation of the policy or no-shows on a reservation? Resy will charge all eligible cancellation fee charges weekly. All cancellations that occur past the cancellation time set by the restaurant will be charged.

3) Remove all online availability for an indefinite period of time From the Resy Dashboard, click on the icon next to the restaurant name. Select Venue Listing Info Click on Booking Window on the left hand bar. Update Booking window to 0 days. This will immediately remove online availability for all future days.
4) Click on the three dots on the right of the user to edit their information and permissions or deactivate their account therefore removing all access.
